How the daily rotation works
The pool holds 30 NGN-style items across case-study, matrix, and bowtie formats. The page selects one deterministically from the calendar date, so every visitor sees the same question all day and a new one at midnight. Tomorrow's item is a bowtie on anaphylaxis.
Make each question count
Before you submit, name the cue that drove your choice and the step of the Clinical Judgment Measurement Model the item is testing. After you submit, read the rationale for every option — including the ones you didn't pick. On matrix items, remember that wrong selections can cancel correct ones, so only choose what you can defend.
